3 Norwegian currently working on an art project intended to materialize the immaterial. Recently, thanks to an Arduino can detect the level of wireless airwaves, 80 LEDs mounted on a stick, which light up depending on what level, and a camera set to make long exposures (used for light painting ), they were able to create virtual walls representing the wifi in the streets of Oslo.
And here's what happens:
Immaterials: Light painting WiFi from Timo on Vimeo.
In another style, one of them has made the same kind of project, but this time with an RFID chip.
Immaterials: the ghost in the field from Timo on Vimeo.
If you want more details on this project, I recommend you go have a look at their website: Timo Arnall, Jørn Knutsen, and Einar Sneve Martinussen
